This role involves resolving complex technical problems, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests. Responsibilities: · Hands on administration of Windows desktop and server environments. · Management and Administration of the TGI corporate environment that includes printer troubleshooting, wired and wireless connectivity support and VEEAM backups. · Management and Administration of Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and O365. · Management and Administration of Microsoft Teams · Management and Administration of VmWare and Hyper-V virtual environments · Management of Microsoft Intune: Device enrollment, user and device setup, application and profile deployments, enforcement of compliance policies and security updates and troubleshooting of technical issues. · Support and configuration of NAS and SAN technologies from various vendors. · Installing, configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches and wireless access points. (Cisco, Meraki, HP, UniFi, SonicWall). · Troubleshooting complex application/hardware/network/system incidents and providing timely remediation and root cause analysis. · Managing and maintaining inventory of hardware, installed software and corporate licensing. · Creating and managing Active directory/Azure user accounts, email accounts, group policies, and rights administration · Documentation of procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions. · Timely responses to support tickets on Connectwise service board. Qualities we look for: · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Substantial experience with Windows Servers. · Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (Device enrollment, application management, compliance) · Substantial experience Managing Office 365 including Sharepoint/Exchange/Teams/OneDrive · Strong understanding of fundamental network operations – Connectivity, latency troubleshooting & IP addressing · Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology Iincluding AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units. · Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments. · Excellent interpersonal customer service and problem-solving skills. · Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. · 4-6 years technical experience relevant to the above. · Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. · A driver’s license and vehicle of your own and the ability to travel to Company locations in the Tri-State. · A solid and well thought out diagnostic mindset. · Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (servers, computers, etc.). · Familiarity with the ConnectWise Suite of products is helpful but not a requirement. · The successful candidate must have effective communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines to effectively manage complex customer situations.
