WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO: - - Infrastructure Design and Implementation - Architect, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure that is scalable, resilient, and secure. - Evaluate and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions to support development and production environments. - Automation and Tooling - Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins. - Streamline operational tasks to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. - CI/CD Pipeline Development - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment. - Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth delivery of new features and updates. - Monitoring and Observability - Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack) to ensure system health and performance visibility. - Establish proactive alerting and incident response practices. - Technical Leadership - Serve as a mentor to other DevOps engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting DevOps best practices. - Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience (7+ years) in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or a related field. - Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong background in infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools. - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. - Excellent communication and mentoring abilities. - Experience working in regulated environments or with security/compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA) is a plus, but not required. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
