Dynamics 365/Power Apps Business Analyst Location: Minneapolis MN Responsibilities: Solution Design & Implementation: Work with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to analyze design and implement effective business solutions. Gather and document business requirements translating them into detailed functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes identifying areas for improvement. Hyper Care & Incident Management: Manage Hyper Care incident processes ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and minimizing business disruption. Provide prompt and effective support during postimplementation phases. Project Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate effectively between developers testers and product owners throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate clear communication and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Documentation & Testing: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including process flows user stories and functional specifications. Perform thorough system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Training & Support: Provide training and support to endusers on new features and processes ensuring smooth adoption. Develop userfriendly training materials and documentation. System Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Apps capabilities and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps: Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 and Power Apps. Hyper Care Incident Management: Proven experience in managing and resolving critical incidents during Hyper Care phases. Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse 1 teams. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively meeting deadlines and delivering highquality results. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. Change Management & Process Improvement: Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives. Data Analysis & Visualization: Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. Dynamics 365 Modules: Experience in Sales and Field Service modules of Dynamics 365.
