Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team at Navitas. As a key member of our digital transformation space, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions that meet the government's requirements. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business needs and design efficient solutions using Power Platform. • Conduct comprehensive interviews and workshops with government stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements. • Analyze and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes and functional specifications. • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them. • Develop and customize Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively. • Build Power Apps solutions that address specific government processes, incorporating intuitive user interfaces and seamless data integration. • Design and develop SharePoint pages, templates, and sites using approved programming languages. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform administration and development. • Specific tools/experience areas: Power BI Desktop application, SharePoint Online, Power Query Editor, DAX, Data Modeling and Relationships, Custom Visualizations, Data Source Connectivity, and Performance Optimization. • Recommended Certifications (Current): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate. • Education level: Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a US Department of Education accredited University is required.
