Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and support all facets of the infrastructure and application platforms that support the business. These include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services, DNS services, Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Server, VMware, Microsoft SQL Server, Linux operating systems, and multi-factor authentication. - Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP and UDP routing/switching/firewalling - Develop and maintain lifecycle processes to mitigate risk and ensure platforms remain current. - Implement and support the monitoring of enterprise infrastructure and application platforms. - Maintain and support capacity management processes, metrics, and reporting to ensure adequate resource availability. - Contributes to technical research on new technologies, processes, or procedures for overall system improvements. - Demonstrates understanding of business impacts of issues and how they relate to IT owned solutions. - Performs internal audits and works with outside auditors to maintain regulatory compliance such as NIST, PCI, HITRUST, HIPAA and ISO. - Provide recommendations to management to sustain forecast business growth needs. - Propagate knowledge and operations readiness through documentation and mentorship. - Proactively identify and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives. - Serve as a resource and escalation point for internal help desk. - Participates in on-call rotation for Tier 1 service outages escalated from the internal help desk outside of normal business hours. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related industry experience. - 5-10 years of experience in IT Industry. - Demonstrable knowledge of VMware and Microsoft Windows platforms. - Experience using Microsoft PowerShell to support enterprise platforms. - Experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure based platforms and services, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. - Excellent analytical ability. - Detail-oriented, disciplined, and motivated individuals. - Commitment to building cooperative relationships that promote teamwork. - Effective oral and written communication skills.
