Relocation assistance available. Key Responsibilities Develop & Maintain Dashboards: Design and build interactive Power BI reports that visualize key business metrics. Data Modeling & Transformation: Create efficient data models using Power BI, DAX formulas, and Power Query (M Language) to optimize performance. Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms. Performance Optimization: Enhance the efficiency and speed of reports through data compression and query tuning. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and leadership teams to understand reporting needs and define KPIs. Security & Governance: Implement role-based access controls (RLS) and maintain data security best practices. Automation & Process Improvement: Utilize Power Automate and other tools to streamline reporting workflows. Documentation & User Training: Provide clear documentation and training to enhance Power BI adoption across teams. Qualifications Must-Have Skills: 2+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language). Experience working with SQL databases (querying, optimizing, and managing large datasets). Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and performance tuning. Ability to design visually engaging, user-friendly reports for business users. Experience implementing role-level security (RLS) and access controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Power Automate, Azure Data Services, or Microsoft Power Platform. Knowledge of Python, R, or other scripting languages for advanced data processing. Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
