Job Description The primary purpose of this position is to provide senior-level system management, configuration, administration, and support to the MS Dynamic application deployed at the client. Responsibilities • Work with client staff on tenant level changes. • Support the connection to external applications if applicable. • Ensure integrations have access to Production assets including CDS, PowerApps, Azure, and Exchange/O365. Requirements • Significant knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer. • Experience in solution architecture, web application and/or implementation of CRM solutions including development and administration. • Ability to troubleshoot Dynamics CRM errors and performance related issues.
