An employer in the Cincinnati is seeking a D365 developer to sit hybrid onsite. They will be joining a team to help transition from a homegrown ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This involves migrating data, redefining processes, and ensuring a smooth transition. This individual's day will involves a mix of technical work (70%), collaboration (30%), and learning about the business context as they transition to D365. This person is encouraged to be interactive with the team, learn the business, and share their knowledge of D365 as they continue to release this tool. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or Related discipline or 7 + years of experience 2-5 years D365 F&O module (formerly known as Dynamics AX) Advanced proficiency in MS SQL Hands on C# software development experience X ++ programming experience Familiarity with Azure-based solutions to supplement D365 Strong communication and experience with talking to directors and high-level executives Nice to Have Skills & Experience Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are preferred Ability to lead requirements effort on routine to moderately complex projects Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
