Title: Program Lead Location: Richmond, VA Position Type : Contract Interview Type: Both Phone and In Person Work Arrangement: Onsite Duration: 2 months Experience: • 7+ years in program management, application portfolio management, or business/application architecture. • Proven expertise in Power Apps and Power Platform solutions, including building and deploying applications at an enterprise scale. • Significant experience leading application rationalization initiatives in complex organizations. Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure integrations. • Deep understanding of application lifecycle management, low-code/no-code development, and cloud technologies. • Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools and methodologies, with a focus on integrating Power Platform solutions. • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders. • Expertise in translating technical concepts, particularly around Power Platform capabilities, into actionable business strategies.
