This position provides computer network and hardware support which may include diagnosis and repair, performing planned system maintenance, and troubleshooting elevated support requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • First Level IT support & customer service • Remote support for multiple clients • Triaging and escalating client cases • Detailed monitoring of software systems • Other duties as assigned • Must be able to work an 8:00am – 5:00pm shift and attendance is an essential function Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines • Strong organizational skills • Must be able to work independently as well as thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment • Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism Required Skills and Credentials • Must be familiar with basic Desktop OS and Networking, supporting desktop operating systems, basic networking, and basic domain infrastructure. • Experience with basic management of Microsoft Exchange (mailbox creation, forwarding) and Office 365 is a major plus. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel Required Experience • Minimum of 1-year related work experience supporting a fast-paced, customer-centric environment (legal, accounting, consulting, etc.) • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent relevant experience highly desired.
