Responsibilities Paradyme Management Inc. is looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and dynamic Full Stack Lead Java Developer/Sr. Application Engineer/SME to support mission critical programs. The ideal candidate will possess: • Excellent application design and coding skills leveraging open source frameworks for cloud native solutions • Hands on experience programming of UI with Vue.JS, various JS frameworks, CSS/SCSS and HTML • Hands on experience programming of Java and Spring framework. • Leadership and collaboration within and across agile development teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies • Work closely with partner teams, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional system needs and work prioritization • Leadership and mentoring of junior developers as the team captain • Strong sense of quality, pride in workmanship, and desire for continuous improvement as an individual and across the team Required Qualifications • 10 years IT experience • Frontend experience with Web applications and JavaScript frameworks like Vue.JS, Typescript, HTML 5, and CSS • Application development experience using one of modern languages: Java, JEE, or Spring • Experience deploying Applications to IaaS and PaaS from Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Services • Experience developing RESTful APIs Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Docker and containerized applications • Experience with container orchestration frameworks: Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or Amazon ECS • Experience with testing frameworks and Quality Assurance technologies: ATDD, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, and SoapUI • Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, and GitHub • Strong understanding of HTTP protocol, WebSocket, SSE, and other web technologies. • Experience with messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ • Ability to have technical conversations with Product and Business leadership, in addition to Engineering and Support/Operations teams. • Conveys highly technical concepts and information in written form to technical and non-technical audiences. • The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision. • Must be a team-oriented individual, energetic, result & delivery oriented, with a keen interest on quality and the ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to work in an agile environment.
