Description The role involves day-to-day tasks such as MS Fabric engineering, data modeling, data warehousing, and Power BI. It also involves managing the ingestion and transformation of data from diverse sources, including Azure, SQL databases, CSV files, and SharePoint, and assisting in Power Platform technologies. Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Fabric. · Supporting a Microsoft Fabric Implementation. · Implement and manage Gen2 data flows for efficient data integration and transformation. · Integrate MS Azure Fabric with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility. · Working with MS Fabric Data Lakehouse and semantic models. · Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data processes. · Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Required Qualifications · Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization. · Proficiency in cloud computing technologies (MS Azure). · 3 years of proven experience in MS Azure Fabric Data Engineering, Data Lakehouse, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics. · Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts. · Stay up to date with the latest developments in the MS Fabric and Power Platform technologies. Preferred Qualifications · Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field · Experience in MS Power Platform Applications (PowerApps, Power Automate). · Knowledge of Oracle databases, including experience with database design, performance tuning, and PL/SQL scripting. · An energy background will be a plus.
