A leading agricultural company is seeking a Technical Lead - MS Dynamics 365 to join their team in Salisbury, MD. This newly created role is key to the design, development and implementation of new systems and technologies. The Technical Lead - MS Dynamics 365 will be primarily responsible for overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, integrating it with the organization's Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems, and supporting the overall digital transformation. Technical Lead - MS Dynamics 365 Responsibilities: • Lead the technical activities for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project, working closely with IT managers to ensure efficient resource allocation • Serve as the primary architect for solution design, coordinating with software vendors and systems integrators to build and implement the technical environment • Design and manage integrations with Dynamics 365 and other peripheral systems such as Azure, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Pages • Oversee the performance, cost management and security of Dynamics environments, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing expenses • Support post-implementation work, including system maintenance, enhancements, upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, providing oversight during the implementation phase and ensuring successful project delivery Technical Lead - MS Dynamics 365 Requirements: • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, particularly in a technical leadership role • Strong expertise in Azure, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Pages • Solid background in integrating D365 with other systems, including APIs and middleware • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Experience with Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems, ideally with DycoTrade CTRM • Familiarity with project management, systems analysis and technical design methodologies • Experience with UAT and production environments preferred • Understanding of SAP BTB is a plus If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please apply today!
