Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, conducting impact analyses, and supporting applications while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to incident management, request management, problem management, and change management. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in major incident management and resolve issues as part of a team. • Escalate problems when necessary and provide timely updates until resolved. • Monitor and respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve problems. • Evaluate and escalate to subject matter experts when required. • Attend daily and weekly meetings with offshore and other stakeholders. Requirements: • Minimum 8-10 years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales process knowledge is required. • Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM workflow, JavaScript, Plugins. • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable. Technical Skills: • Customization of MS Dynamics 365 forms and ribbons. • Creation of custom web pages using HTML. • Development of plug-ins and workflows for system enhancement and data integrity maintenance. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and XML.
