Title: Tech Lead - Azure and MS Dynamics 365 Location: New York, NY Duration: 6 Months Description: Dynamics Tech Lead/Sr Developer - Operations Technology Role Profile: We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps developer, who is familiar with Al Builder and Co-Pilot. The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, performing analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of large-scale case management application. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design, and development of applications on MS Dynamics/power platform and having reasonably good communication skills. He/she will be part of a global team that will help onboard different operational use-cases that currently require manual work and consequently bring more efficiency and risk reduction benefits for our Operations users. This requires close collaboration with peer infrastructure teams, business function aligned teams and with business users. Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following" Work with the Product owner/stakeholders/business analysts to understand the requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan. Define Architecture and Design. Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function. Responsible for Integrating external systems using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up standard and custom reports Responsible for setup, administration, and user training of the Dynamics-CE system Responsible for integrating Al Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments Help support release deployment and provide post production support Required Skills: Experience in the following technologies- Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement Experience with Power Apps, Power automate, Plugins, Al Builder, CoPilot and related architecture and design practices Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net Experience of iterative/agile development practices Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Excellent communication skills Desired Skills: Familiar with basic Machine Learning concepts Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.) and delivery management. Comfortable with direct interaction with the business users at all levels Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience building web applications Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Azure logic apps Dynamics 365 Azure function app • ** Glider screening is mandatory.
