Job description

Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom PowerApps solutions using the Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and understand their requirements, workflows, and processes. Integrate PowerApps with data sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL databases, and external APIs. Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces within PowerApps to enhance user adoption and satisfaction. Implement workflow automation and business logic using Power Automate (formerly Flow) and PowerApps connectors. Ensure that PowerApps solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, including data protection and access control. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PowerApps solutions to identify and resolve issues promptly. Create and maintain technical documentation, including application specifications, user guides, and process diagrams. Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues to facilitate successful adoption of PowerApps solutions. Knowledge of Agile Scrum Project Management Methodology Mandatory Skills Must have experience and deep knowledge in agile development using PowerApps: Dynamics 365, Canvas, Model-Driven Applications and Dataverse. Must have experience to design and develop Power Automate flows. Knowledge of PowerApps formulas, expressions, and data connectors. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure. Experience with data modelling and database design. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Work from Office : Maryland, 2-3 days in a week and rest remote for first 3 months and then complete remote fine. SysMind Tech
