Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O Consultant – Supply Chain & Warehouse Management Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Consultant with specialized expertise in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management to join a leading manufacturer of various types of equipment, including lawn and garden products. The successful candidate will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to enhance supply chain and warehouse processes. This is an onsite role based in Hilliard, Ohio, and requires U.S. citizenship. Key Responsibilities: • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of D365 F&O, focusing on supply chain and warehouse management modules to align with business goals for manufacturing operations. • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications. • Solution Design: Design and configure customized D365 F&O solutions to improve supply chain processes such as inventory management, procurement, production, logistics, and warehouse operations for a manufacturing environment. • Customization & Integration: Customize D365 F&O to fit specific manufacturing needs and integrate it with existing systems to support seamless business operations. • Training & Support: Provide hands-on training to end-users and offer post-implementation support to ensure system proficiency and smooth operation. • Project Management: Manage project timelines, ensure deliverables meet business objectives, and keep stakeholders informed of progress. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvement in supply chain and warehouse processes, recommending system enhancements to optimize efficiency. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in D365 F&O, with a focus on supply chain and warehouse management within a manufacturing environment. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 F&O. Experience with SQL, Power BI, and related tools is a plus. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate preferred. • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship is required for this role. Location: This is an onsite position based in Hilliard, Ohio.
