The ODOT OReGO Program has identified functionality needed for the Road Usage Charge Administration System (RUCAS) to support program operations, executive management and legislative data/report requests, development of program enhancements, data analysis, etc. The scope of work includes tasks associated with system analysis, development and testing of RUCAS functionality; coordination with ODOT staff; and collaboration with the program's technical coordinator, program manager and other program staff for the successful delivery of the project.
