Senior Active Directory Administrator

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES • Serves as the principal Active Directory SME • Leads all phases of active directory and daily operations • Develops solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity • Conducts root cause analysis to identify, diagnose, and resolve active directory problems Orchestrates maintenance to support active directory activities to all system users • Configures, tests, and maintains active directory equipment's and related services • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for all implemented active directory activities • Ability to troubleshoot Active Directory related integrations • Configures systems to user requirements • Support implementation plans of new configurations for insertion and integration • May administer active directory security and/or maintain active directory security appliances • Works with vendors to evaluate new products and resolve equipment design problems • Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced active directory engineers and other technical staff • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned • Participates in routine meetings and special projects as required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree with 7+ year's experience in Active Directory Services and/or Identity Management Services • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Services (IIS, DNS/DHCP, WINS) • In-depth understanding of Active Directory delegation and security models • Experience managing production Windows Servers used to support multiple mission critical initiatives • Working knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Technologies • Ability to configure and manage all aspects of MS Active Directory • Design, maintain, and manage Domain/Forest trusts.
