Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process automation opportunities. Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) to enhance workflow efficiency. Develop custom connectors and actions to extend Power Automate functionality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to automated workflows. Document workflows, processes, and solutions for future reference and end-user training. Provide training and support to end-users on leveraging automated workflows effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a Power Automate Developer or in a similar automation role. Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Experience in workflow design, process automation, and business process improvement. Proficiency in creating custom connectors and actions within Power Automate. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other automation tools like UiPath or WorkFusion. Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Certifications in Power Automate or Microsoft technologies.
