This role works closely with other ODM analytics analysts and business units to surface insights that align with strategic priorities. This person takes the lead on more complex analysis efforts, partners with stakeholders to frame the right questions, and supports business units with clear, actionable data. A strong grasp of data integration concepts is essential, including the ability to define dataset needs and work closely with data engineers to enable high-performing dashboards, visualizations, and deep-dive analyses.In addition to owning analytics deliverables, this role supports junior analysts and acts as a subject matter resource for one or more key areas of the business such as Product, Risk, Lending, Finance or Marketing. It's a role that combines technical strength with communication skills and a proactive mindset-helping Numerica continue to grow a data-informed culture.
