About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the underlying operational aspects of our Microsoft 365 platform. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance and security, and developing and maintaining clear documentation and training materials for users. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to O365 services and integrations • Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity, taking proactive measures to address potential problems • Design and implement integrations: Connect O365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services • Automate tasks and processes: Use PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate administrative tasks and workflows • Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for users • Focus on building and maintaining the underlying operational aspects of the platform including remediating vulnerabilities • Work closely with the Architecture team to align the platforms to latest architecture and configuration • Encourage innovation, automation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity to a legacy process Requirements • At least 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory) • At least 2 years of experience with AWS and/or Azure • At least 4 years of experience administering Microsoft O365 or a similar enterprise productivity suite • At least 4 years of Integration Project Involvement: Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Microsoft O365 and other systems. • At least 2 years of experience with cloud computing concepts, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS Benefits We offer a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
