A company is looking for a Microsoft Teams Architect. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Microsoft Teams voice solutions, including direct routing and operator connect Deploy, configure, and maintain AudioCodes session border controllers (SBCs) and related systems Integrate Teams with existing telephony infrastructure to ensure interoperability Required Qualifications: Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Teams telephony solutions Expertise with AudioCodes SBCs, including configuration and troubleshooting Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, PSTN, and PBX systems Experience with PowerShell scripting for Teams automation Familiarity with networking concepts such as QoS, firewalls, NAT, and VPNs
Requirements
• Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Teams telephony solutions
• Expertise with AudioCodes SBCs, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, PSTN, and PBX systems
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for Teams automation
