Job Title: Junior Power Apps Developer Job Location : St. Louis, MO Interview: Virtual Job Duration: 6+ Months Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Power Apps Developer to join our team. As a Junior Developer, you will assist in the development, customization, and optimization of applications built using Microsoft Power Apps, as well as contribute to integration projects within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in low-code/no-code development and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps . • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and assist in translating business needs into effective technical solutions. • Build simple workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate . • Assist in integrating Power Apps with various data sources, such as Microsoft Dataverse , SharePoint, and SQL Server. • Participate in testing and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving any application issues. • Document and maintain code and technical processes for future reference and scalability. • Stay updated on new features and best practices for Power Apps and the Power Platform to optimize solutions. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills : • Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Apps development and concepts. • Familiarity with Power Automate , Power BI , or other components of the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus. • Knowledge of Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps . • Experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft Dataverse , SQL Server, or SharePoint. • Basic understanding of HTML , JavaScript , and CSS is a plus. Soft Skills : • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Willingness to learn new technologies and a passion for development. • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative team environment. • Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with other Microsoft products like Azure , Office 365 , or SharePoint . • Basic understanding of API integrations and web services. • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Fundamentals) or related technology is a plus.
