The Program Lead for Application Rationalization within Business Integrated Solution Division (BISD) will lead efforts to streamline the organization’s application portfolio, focusing on reducing redundancies, improving performance, and aligning systems with business goals. Advanced Power Apps and Power Platform skills are essential to modernize, consolidate, and optimize applications. Key Responsibilities: Application Rationalization • Develop and execute plans to simplify and modernize the application portfolio using Power Apps and the Power Platform. • Identify opportunities to consolidate, retire, or replace applications. Program Management: • Lead rationalization projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions effectively. Power Platform Support: • Design and deploy Power Apps to support application rationalization. • Use tools like Power Automate and Power BI for process automation and insights. Application Portfolio Assessment • Analyze the current portfolio to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization. • Create dashboards to track application performance, cost, and usage. Communication • Present progress and recommendations to leadership. • Communicate the benefits of rationalization efforts to stakeholders. Experience: • 7+ years in program management, application portfolio management, or business/application architecture. • Proven expertise in Power Apps and Power Platform solutions, including building and deploying applications at an enterprise scale. • Significant experience leading application rationalization initiatives in complex organizations. Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure integrations. • Deep understanding of application lifecycle management, low-code/no-code development, and cloud technologies. • Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools and methodologies, with a focus on integrating Power Platform solutions. • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders. • Expertise in translating technical concepts, particularly around Power Platform capabilities, into actionable business strategies. Education and Certification: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or related fields are a strong plus
