Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across core M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, and security & compliance features. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the overall M365 architecture roadmap, aligning with business requirements and IT strategy. • Evaluate and recommend new M365 features and technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration. • Lead the design and implementation of complex M365 solutions, including migrations, integrations, and customizations. • Define and enforce M365 governance policies and standards. Qualifications • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty or equivalency. • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Entra ID related certifications, etc.).
