Job Description As an Enterprise Support Engineer - M365, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless operation of our M365 environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced engineering support for cloud-based workloads in Microsoft 365 GCC High. • Develop solutions integrating Microsoft Azure commercial clouds (public and government community) with services hosted on-premises and in other clouds. • Manage and maintain M365 configurations, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational policies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M365 administration and support, with a focus on cloud-based workloads. • Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance features, including data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and conditional access policies.
