Staff Solution Architect Supply Chain & Logistics Houston, TX (HYBRID) $140,000-180,000 + Bonus & Relocation The Company We’re partnering with an organization that drives business-aligned technology solutions through effective IT operations and systems management. They’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the enhancement and optimization of their technology capabilities, particularly with Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX. The Role - Staff Solutions Architect As a Staff Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for managing and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure, with a focus on ensuring successful project implementations, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Providing strategic leadership for the EFS department and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. • Managing IT resources, budgets, and projects, ensuring efficient use of resources. • Serving as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX, including configuration and customization to meet business needs. • Leading IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Collaborating with teams to analyze and enhance business processes and implement technical solutions. • Overseeing data security and compliance, particularly in Dynamics 365 security configurations. • Creating user documentation, training end-users, and maintaining technical system support materials. • Staying updated on emerging technologies relevant to Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform. Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Expertise in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX. • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform solutions, specifically PowerBI and Power Automate. • Strong skills in documentation, training, and customer support for Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., System Administration, Procure-to-Pay). • Full understanding of Dynamics 365 F&SCM security architecture and workflow design. • Proven ability to drive change, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. • Experience in crisis management and the development of crisis avoidance procedures is a plus. • Certifications in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX are advantageous. • Valid in-state Driver’s License required. Benefits This role offers a competitive base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 + bonus, relocation, health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
