Duties: • Lead analysis, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Sales modules. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for D365 BC configurations and customizations. • Configure D365 BC modules, workflows, and reports to optimize system functionality aligned with business processes. • Troubleshoot and support EDI (850, 810, 846, 856, 997) integration within D365 BC. • Identify and implement process optimizations and automations using D365 BC capabilities, working closely with business users to enhance productivity. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 3+ years of proven experience as a Techno-functional Analyst, specializing in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. • Strong expertise in D365 BC functionalities, configuration, and customization capabilities, particularly in finance and supply chain processes. • Skilled in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical specifications; proficient in data migration and integration with third-party applications using APIs, web services, or middleware solutions.
