RennerBrown Staffing is seeking a talented Cloud Infrastructure Deployment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities: • Leverage expertise in designing and operating Microsoft Azure solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency. • Develop technical roadmaps for future Azure cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Promote thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple streams, driving innovation and best practices within the organization. • Collaborate closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design. • Design, test, and implement application services migrations in both manual and automated manners, ensuring seamless transitions. • Ensure security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions, protecting our clients' sensitive data. • Lead cloud technology deployment activities, workflow configuration, and development, as well as third-party system integration. • Perform operational engineering tasks, including platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in the Technology field • 5-10 years of experience as an Azure Cloud Solutions Architect or Microsoft Cloud Engineer • Strong experience in designing and operating Microsoft Azure solutions • Passion for continuous improvement and advancing technology solutions • Strong understanding of cloud native architecture principles • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform, Entra ID, Hybrid domain structures • Extensive experience in financial services, technical leadership • Experience with SharePoint Online, Azure Files, and other file server technologies • In-depth experience architecting complex Azure public/private Cloud platform solutions (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) • Understanding of API design and security practices • Familiarity with containerization and PaaS approaches and tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker Enterprise, Azure Stack) • Exposure to DevOps framework and CI/CD principles • Ability to work with ambiguity and visualize solutions for emerging concepts • Experience architecting and implementing both PaaS and IaaS enterprise solutions • Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments required
