Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Administrator, located in Milwaukee, WI, with some work from home possible. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including system and network administration, technical support, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, implementing security protocols, managing backups, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. Qualifications • System Administration and Network Administration skills • Experience with AWS and/or Azure - required • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills • Information Technology expertise • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with cloud-based systems and cybersecurity is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
