This position within US Finance provides financial modeling, analytics, and data visualization services for the Finance function in Lilly USA, LLC. This position is part of the Finance Analytics Solutions Team that supports the entire affiliate across each of the business units to perform planning, forecasting, reporting, business analysis and decision support for financial activities. Key Objectives/Deliverables: • Create and maintain key financial models across all Business Units in LUSA Finance • Create and maintain innovative data visualizations to help support LUSA Finance • Scaling analytical solutions across LUSA Finance • Perform advanced data analysis to help planning/forecasting and explain financial results • Communicate and consult with Brands and Finance regarding interpretation of data analysis • Work with business to update leadership on current trends and concerns and opportunities • Support ad-hoc/scenario analysis projects requiring key financial support • Generate business insights using internal & external AI platforms Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Finance, Data Strategy or Related Field • 3 years of analytics/finance/data strategy experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic fundamentals in Microsoft Fabric/Power BI • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The anticipated wage for this position is $123,000 - $180,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
