Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge software solutions utilizing Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript, CSS, React, and SQL Server. - Troubleshoot and implement data patches to resolve software-related customer challenges, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. - Document technical issues, feedback, and resolutions while collaborating with the development team to drive continuous product improvements. - Work closely with development, product, and integration teams to ensure seamless alignment across software solutions. - Optimize and enhance system performance while maintaining best practices in web development, cloud services, and security. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, advocating for technical innovation within the team. Skills & Requirements: - 5+ years of professional experience in web development using Microsoft SQL Server, React, and C#. - Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is preferred. - Deep understanding of web development best practices, standards, and modern toolsets. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and deployment strategies. - Proven experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced technical environment. - Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges independently. - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working with ADA compliance standards is a plus. - Microsoft Azure Certification or relevant cloud certifications are a strong plus. tags: senior software engineer, senior .net developer, senior dotnet developer, senior programmer analyst, senior application developer, senior applications developer
