Key Responsibilities:Power BI Development:Design, develop, and deploy interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.Data Modelling:Design and implement robust data models to support BI reporting and analytics needs.Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes.Ensure data models are optimized for query performance and scalability.Data Governance:Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to define data standards and best practices.Monitor and manage data compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Business Analysis:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.Conduct data analysis to uncover insights and support decision-making processes.Provide recommendations for improving business processes based on data insights.Project Management:Manage BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.Prepare project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience as a BI Consultant or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.Experience with data modeling techniques and tools.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.Proficiency in SQL and database management.Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Project management experience is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in a relevant field.Certification in Power BI or other BI tools.Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
