Position Title: SharePoint Administrator/Developer Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance is Required Position Overview As a SharePoint Administrator/Developer, you’ll you will be responsible for the development, organization, and maintenance SharePoint environments (M365) to ensure they meet customer needs. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and implement solutions to optimize content management and collaboration processes. You will also be responsible for configuring, customizing, and testing SharePoint sites in accordance with gathered customer requirements, building scalable web-based workflows, managing permissions, assessing and resolving issues, and preparing and maintaining related technical documentation. Responsibilities • Design and maintain SharePoint site collection architecture, including setting permission levels and managing groups • Manage SharePoint Online, associated team sites, and workflows along with OneDrive • Create and manage Hub sites, 365 Teams, and OneDrive • Implement workflows, forms, and automated processes to improve efficiency utilizing SharePoint and M365 applications • Provide subject matter expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining electronic business tools – specifically in M365 and Microsoft Power Platform (e.g.: Lists, Planner, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell) • Develop requisite training materials and knowledge base articles to assist end users with common problems • Assist with the development and management of Executive Dashboards to provide real-time access to critical performance data and metrics. • Develop internal SharePoint Governance and other Standard Operating Procedure documentation and end-user training materials. • Enforce corporate cyber security controls, directives, and policies within SharePoint • Provide support for end user issues associated with SharePoint and associated workflows • Monitor SharePoint system performance and make adjustments as needed to improve functionality and user experience Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • Professional certifications in SharePoint and/or SharePoint Online • 7 or more years of experience with SharePoint and M365 applications; having worked as a SharePoint Administrator in a technical capacity • Significant experience in deploying organization-wide and high visibility SharePoint business solutions • Experience in web design using CSS, JSON, JavaScript, and OOB SharePoint features • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working as a member of a cross-functional Agile Scrum team • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future.
