We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to help us optimize our use of Microsoft Copilot and integrate it effectively with our current Microsoft 365 environment. This project involves utilizing Microsoft Graph API for enhanced data access, integrating document libraries for Copilot’s use, automating workflows with Power Automate, and ensuring seamless collaboration across OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook. Key Responsibilities: • Microsoft Copilot Optimization: Integrate and optimize Copilot in Outlook for drafting contextually relevant emails and using uploaded documentation. • API Integration: Set up and configure Microsoft Graph API to allow Copilot access to relevant content across OneDrive and SharePoint for comprehensive drafting capabilities. • OneDrive and SharePoint Management: Organize and manage document libraries to ensure that Copilot can effectively utilize information for email and document drafting. • Workflow Automation: Implement Power Automate to create automated workflows that streamline data access and task management within Microsoft 365. • Permissions and Security: Configure Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) settings, app registrations, and permissions to ensure Copilot has secure and comprehensive access to necessary resources. • Documentation and Support: Provide clear documentation of the setup, configurations, and best practices for ongoing use. Offer guidance on training team members on using Copilot effectively. • Data Extraction and Integration: Extract and organize relevant data from web content and documents, creating a structured library that can be used by Copilot and other Microsoft 365 tools. Required Skills and Expertise: • Microsoft 365 Administration: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Microsoft Graph API: Proven experience in implementing and managing API integrations within Microsoft 365. • Azure Active Directory: Expertise in managing app registrations, permissions, and secure authentication flows. • Power Automate and PowerShell: Proficiency in creating workflows and scripts for automation and data management. • Document and Data Management: Experience with structuring and organizing document libraries in OneDrive and SharePoint for easy access and utilization. • AI Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-powered content generation tools. • Problem-Solving and Communication: Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and communicate solutions in a clear, non-technical manner. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Power Platform App Maker Associate. • Experience integrating AI tools with Microsoft 365 for business efficiency.
