You will play a pivotal role in connecting disparate systems, ensuring the secure, reliable, and real-time flow of data across the enterprise. This role sits at the core of our digital ecosystem, where you will architect and implement end-to-end integration workflows. You’ll work with a broad array of Azure services—including Logic Apps, Data Factory, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management—to orchestrate data pipelines and enable actionable insights across the organization. As a vital part of our data team, you’ll collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to design solutions that support data-driven decision-making at scale. This role is in office in our Houston based headquarters. What You’ll Be Doing: • Design & Develop Integration Solutions: Architect, develop, and deploy robust integration and data flow solutions using Azure Integration Services. • Data Pipeline Development: Implement ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver structured and semi-structured data from diverse sources. • API Management & Orchestration: Build and manage APIs and integration endpoints to facilitate secure and scalable data access. • System Interconnectivity: Enable communication between heterogeneous systems and services that don’t natively integrate. • Project & Delivery Ownership: Drive project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • DevOps Integration: Use Azure DevOps for code versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. • Monitoring & Optimization: Leverage tools like Application Insights and Azure Monitor to track integration performance and optimize data flow reliability. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, data flow schemas, and runbooks. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and other technical teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions. What We’re Looking For: Must-Haves: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience. • Proven experience in data warehousing, data integration, or enterprise application integration. • Strong command of Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Data Factory, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management. • Solid understanding of integration patterns (messaging, event-driven architecture, retries, etc.). • Familiarity with data storage technologies like Azure Data Lake, SQL databases, and other cloud-native solutions. • Competent in programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Node.js, Python. Familiarity with XML/XSLT is a plus. • Experience with REST/OData/GraphQL APIs and web service standards. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipeline management, and deployment automation. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables. Nice to Haves: • Experience with hybrid integration scenarios (cloud-to-on-premises). • Familiarity with ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) principles. • Knowledge of event-driven and microservices architecture. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Compensation: The salary range is $75-90k/yr. dependent on experience.
