Customer Service Liaison Pay: $23/hr Shift: M-F, full time, day shift Location: Spokane About the Role We’re looking for a fast-learning, detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our EPP team. This role supports critical document processing workflows and acts as a bridge between internal teams like Sales, Proofing, and Production. At its core, it’s about strong communication, organization, and being able to manage multiple priorities while keeping things moving fast. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a liaison between customer service and sales, ensuring clarity and alignment on job requirements and updates • Review and process customer proofs for accuracy and compliance • Notify internal teams of proof submissions and coordinate edits and changes • Print, review, and publish hard copy color proofs • Track and reconcile job edits, republish job jackets, and archive job documentation • Support lobby intake, assign visitor badges, and maintain compliance with SQF protocols • Generate and maintain various internal reports • Ensure contract compliance throughout the job lifecycle • Navigate our MIS system and Microsoft Teams to manage workflows and document production What We’re Looking For • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially over phone and email • Comfortable working with databases and document management systems • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Quick learner with good memory, note-taking, and review habits • Positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to jump in wherever needed Nice to Have (but not required) • Previous experience in customer service, production, or administrative support • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and/or MIS systems, MS office (Word and Excel) • Exposure to contract compliance or document proofing workflows
