Position: Power BI Developer / Clarity PPM Admin TITLE: Clarity PPM Administrator LOCATION: Remote ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12+ month W2 contract Clarity PPM Administrator Responsibilities: • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to Clarity PPM users across technology and business functions. • Administer and configure Clarity system functionality, workflows, dashboards, and custom reports. • Act as a subject matter expert for Clarity functionality, reporting structures, and performance optimization. • Design and maintain data hierarchies/models in the Clarity data warehouse to support reporting. • Develop and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards and reports. • Gather user requirements and manage system upgrades/enhancements in collaboration with IT and vendors. • Create documentation and training materials; deliver user training across varying technical skill levels. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), script development, and manage test cycles for Clarity updates. • Collaborate with PMO leadership and stakeholders to align data tools and configurations with strategic goals. • Monitor BI/PPM technology trends to bring forward process improvement recommendations. Clarity PPM Administrator Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing, configuring, and supporting Clarity PPM. • Experience supporting Clarity users with user training, release management, and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with project management methodologies aligned with PMI standards. • Strong communication skills; able to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Clarity PPM Administrator Preferred Experience: • Deep technical knowledge of CA Clarity/Clarity PPM platform. • Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Desktop & Service). • Experience designing and implementing data models to support scalable, high-performance BI solutions. • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. • Knowledge of Power Automate for reporting workflow automation. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with business/process analysis. • Familiarity with release management, UAT coordination, and change control processes. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70 to $88/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
