Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect with Python Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Full-Time- ONLY USC AND GC WORKS Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with Python expertise to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while integrating with Python-based applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, integrations, and automation, along with strong experience in Python development for API integrations, automation, and data processing. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high scalability and performance. • Provide technical leadership in Salesforce implementations, migrations, and integrations. • Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. • Design API integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Python (REST/SOAP APIs). • Utilize Python scripting for automation, data processing, and ETL workflows. • Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployment using tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado. • Work with Salesforce Data Architecture, including Salesforce Shield, Security Models, and Object Relationships. • Configure and manage Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud). • Leverage AWS/Azure/GCP for cloud-based integrations and scalable solutions. • Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and compliance based on best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Required Skills & Qualifications • 12+ Years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL. • Expertise in Python programming for API integrations, automation, and backend processing. • Proficiency in Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, Webhooks). • Experience with OAuth, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity Management. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD best practices. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, and Pardot is a plus. • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.) for data processing. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable deployments. • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide developers and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Developer). • Python Certifications (AWS Certified Developer – Associate, Python for Data Science). • Experience with Machine Learning models on Salesforce AI/Einstein is a plus.
