Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide technical consulting/advisory, implementation, as well as general maintenance and operational support services to our clients across several service areas. • Design, develop, integrate, test and deploy business solutions and security services in the client's environment, and provide assistance to clients with their overall program and implementation focusing in the U.S. public sector or large commercial enterprise. • Implement and integrate COTS, IaaS, SaaS and PaaS product and services with new and existing customer systems. • Consistently achieve excellent levels of customer satisfaction on all consulting engagements by participating as a team member, exceeding client expectations and following manager's direction. • Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems in the subject matter area. • Make recommendations and advise on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; lifecycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation Onsite oversight and management of installation crews that are responsible for the physical installation and testing of network devices, copper/fiber optic cabling and its associated infrastructure, and troubleshooting • Management of day-to-day project activities to ensure on-cost, on-schedule, on-quality delivery • Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget • Prepares status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems. • Develops and maintains technical and project documentation • Coordinates project activities with customer/site POC's and leadership • Interface with senior leadership, internal and external, as the lead on-site company representative • Keep team leadership up to date on project status • Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 30+ years' experience managing projects in the telecommunications/Enterprise network cabling Industry • Deep experience in software architecture, database design and all aspects of the software development process, specifically Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical discipline • Hands on technology implementation experience across different enterprise grade service and solutions, examples include collaboration, security, messaging, data analytics • Active Public Trust required, DoD Top Secret clearance preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Effective Analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, as well as working independently • Exceptional attitude and work ethic. • Professional image, personality and demeanor. • Meticulous organizational and multi-tasking skills. • Commitment to excellent customer service. • Must work well under pressure, be creative, and motivated. • Ability to provide technical and project leadership • Experience in managing projects involving multiple subcontractor's is a plus • Must reside within local commuting distance of Washington, DC • Experience briefing/engaging with senior leadership to ensure open communications, expectation management, and process resolution • People skills are a must CERTIFICATIONS (Required) Project Management Professional Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals CERTIFICATIONS (desired) ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 Overview We are seeking a Power Platform SME to join our team supporting multiple projects/programs across the business unit.
