Role: MS CRM Field Service Architect Remote ok in this role. Location : Houston, TX (Prefer onsite but Remote is also fine) Rate : Market Duration: Long term MS CRM Field Service Architect • Overall 12+ years' of overall IT experience in implementing MS CRM/ Dynamics 365 Field Service applications, must have experience of at least 5 end to end CRM implementations. • Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service • (Must have) Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end Field Service applications • (Must have) Thorough understanding of the following elements of Field Service - Work orders, Scheduling and dispatch, Communication, mobile application, Asset management, Preventive maintenance, inventory, purchasing, and returns capabilities • (Must have) Experience with time tracking of field service technicians • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, SSRS. • Strong experience in integrations using - Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and WebAPI as well as via middleware. • Strong experience in data migration/integration using - SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc • Must have working experience on Power Platform - Canvas Apps, Automate and Portals Also have understanding on PowerApps governance, DLP policies • Experience with web development technologies used with the XRM platform such as ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery will be preferred • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
