Job Description We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions that align with our strategic goals and technical needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and security/compliance tools. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Engage with leadership to align M365 initiatives with long-term business goals. • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to deliver solutions within scope, budget, and timeline. • Advocate for user experience, change management, and adoption strategies. Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in M365 architecture, design, and implementation. • Certifications: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. • In-depth knowledge of M365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Expertise in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration, hybrid architectures, and M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance solutions such as Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and DLP policies. • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
