Azure Consultant Part-time Remote Job Description: Seeking a skilled Azure Consultant to join our team and lead the migration of our client's Azure environment to a new setup. As an Azure Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and setting up the new environment while ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and meets the specific needs of our client. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in educating the client on how to properly configure and manage the environment post-migration. Responsibilities: Assess the current Azure environment and gather requirements for migration. Design and implement a migration plan to move Azure resources to a new environment. Configure and set up the new Azure environment according to client requirements and best practices. Provide guidance and expertise to the client on Azure configuration and management. Train through shadowing to educate the client on Azure environment configuration, management, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth migration and setup processes. Monitor and optimize Azure resources to ensure efficient performance and cost-effectiveness. Troubleshoot issues related to Azure environment setup and configuration. Requirements: Proven experience as an Azure Consultant or similar role, with a strong background in Azure cloud services. Hands-on experience with Azure migrations, including assessing, planning, and executing migrations. Deep understanding of Azure services such as VMs, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Services, etc. Strong knowledge of Azure security best practices and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
