TITLE: Azure Cloud Network Engineer LOCATION: 3 DAYS Hybrid onsite in Daytona Beach, Florida Duration: Contract to hire. Must be eligible to go perm without sponsorship. • Talk about project experience not just technical skills • Hands on exp needed, not just a lead. • ON PREM NETWORK FOUNDATION. GOOD TO HAVE BUT CLOUD NETWORKING IS KEY AND OTHER CLOUD SERVICES, AZURE SERVICES. • AZURE INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK ENGINEER • ON PREM NETWORKING CISCO THEN MOVED INTO CLOUD NETWORKING. • NEED CLOUD EXP WITH A TOUCH OF NETWORKING. • NO TIME FOR LEARINING CURVE • MOVING FROM ON PREM TO CLOUD AT THE CLIENT SITE. LOT OF MIGRATIONS HAPPENING. THEY USE AN AZURE MIGRATION TOOL. • MONITORING WITH NETWORKING. • CLOUD ENGINEER IS MORE INTO CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE, THEY MIGHT NOT BE DOING NETWORKING. NETWORKING IS A SEPARTE TEAM. SO WHAT WE NEED IS CLOUD ENGINEER WITH A LITTLE BIT OF NETWORKING. • KEY WODS LIKE: LANDING ZONE HUB AND SPOKE MODEL, VNET, SDWAN. THAT IS THE NETWORK KNOWLEDGE THEY NEED. SOME DISASTER RECOVERY QUESTIONS. AZURE SITE RECOVERY, SOME UNDERSTANDING. NSG (NETWORK SECURITY GROUPS (NSG), ROUTING TABLES Looking for a network engineer to support the cloud hosting team They'll also be working with the Network Team Hands on engineer Good foundation with networking and cloud experience They're in the process of moving from palo alto to azure firewall and on prem to cloud • Configuration Vnet, Subnet, network security groups (NSGs), route tables • 2. Azure Private links and Private Endpoints • 3. Experience with hybrid network environments where on-premise resources are connected with Azure through VPN or ExpressRoute • 4. Traffic routing techniques and DNS configurations. • 5. Azure Monitor & Log Analytics, Network Watcher and other monitoring and troubleshooting tools. • 6. Azure Security Center and Azure Policies • 7. Experience with Azure PowerShell, CLI, and ARM templates for automating network configurations.
