Job Title: IT Systems Administrator Location: Mission Viejo, NJ Type: Full-Time / PERMANENT Start Date: ASAP Preferred Skills: • ERP Experience: Familiarity with QAD ERP system. • Tableau: Experience with Tableau • AV Systems Testing: Proficient in testing A/V systems. • Medical Device Experience: Not required but it's a plus. Essential Duties: • Network Administration: Manage servers, backups, desktop systems, communications hardware/software, and office systems. • Systems Administration: Handle backups, security management, user account management, email systems, office systems, and applications support. • Infrastructure Updates: Upgrade hardware and software, manage vulnerabilities, and patch operating systems. • Support: Provide support for servers, desktops, printers, and applications. • IT Systems Development: Develop, test, and implement IT systems to further business objectives. • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving efficiency. • Windows Server Management: Install, patch, and tune performance of Windows Server operating systems. • Active Directory Management: Implement and manage Active Directory/Azure AD, including user and group administration, Group Policy, and domain controllers. • Virtualization: Administer, configure, and maintain VMware environments. • Helpdesk Support: Triage, process, communicate, escalate, and resolve tickets through the IT helpdesk system and managing ticketing systems (handling 30-40 tickets per week). • Onboarding: Set up and configure hardware, software, and workstations for new hires. • Compliance: Maintain compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies. Qualifications: • Experience: 3+ years of related experience. • Microsoft Environments: Strong experience supporting Microsoft environments. • Networking: Strong networking background; Network+ Certification required. • Active Directory: Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Server Environments.
