Job description

Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and customize change management strategies accordingly. - Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to Azure and our in-house generative AI product, nebulaONE. - Collaborate with clients, engineers, project managers, and/or other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of change initiatives. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to support change adoption and address concerns. - Lead and manage change projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals. - Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies. - Monitor and report on the progress of change projects, highlighting any issues or deviations from the plan. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of change management processes, policies, and procedures. - Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on the status of change initiatives. - Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement. - Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals. - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Azure and nebulaONE. - Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications - At least 4-8 years of experience in change management. - Proven experience with AI technologies, and comfortability with prompt engineering. - Experience in a client-facing role, managing client relationships and expectations. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
