Required Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or IT project support, with at least 2+ years supporting Azure cloud environments. • Certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or other relevant Azure certifications preferred. • Agile & Scrum Expertise: Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies to manage technical projects. • Cloud Governance & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) for cloud security. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and reporting dashboards to support business decision-making. • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to work with technical teams, executives, and government agencies to align business needs with cloud capabilities.
