STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and customize robust solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technology stack. This role requires deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and more, to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure business applications. Responsibilities • Implement and customize applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Develop new solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform stack, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse • Manage source control with code merging and branching • Collaborate with DevOps and Admin teams to support application deployments to higher environments Qualifications • 8+ years designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions • 8+ years working with Dataverse, including table design and security configuration • 8+ years customizing Dynamics 365/Power Platform with: • JavaScript • Plug-ins • Custom PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls • 8+ years developing applications in .NET / SQL Server (or comparable object-oriented languages and relational databases) • 8+ years working within enterprise-level SDLC processes • 8+ years with one or more of the following technologies: • JavaScript/JavaScript Frameworks • JSON • C# • Java • RESTful services Preferred • 5+ years developing Power BI reports • Experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service • Microsoft certifications: • Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (preferred) • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred) Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $59-69/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
